These terms govern the web design and development services provided by QuantumTask ("we", "us") to you ("the Client"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We design and build conversion-focused websites for service businesses. The scope of each project is agreed upon before work begins, typically via a written quote or proposal.
We aim to deliver your website within approximately 48 hours of receiving all required content and the deposit. Delays caused by late content or feedback from the Client do not extend our obligations.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in your quote. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership of the final website design and content. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Hosting and ongoing maintenance are separate from the initial build. Details and pricing for these services will be communicated during the project or upon request.
QuantumTask is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites we build. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the Client terminates after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Work completed up to the point of termination remains our property until full payment is received.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
